Prices We price our bears at or Below rrp. If you find one of our bears at a lower price elsewhere, we will try to match that price if it is from a legitimate dealer and not on special offer.

Security If you choose to pay by credit or debit card our payment page is on a secure server, which means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted while they are being sent from your computer to our server. Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us up to 48 hours after you receive the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course credit your payment card including the return postage along with the full purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will have to pay for the return delivery via Royal Mail / Parcel Force and we will refund the original payment for the goods.

Please contact us via Email or Telephone with your full details and product information before returning the product back to us, so we can advise you on how to return the goods safely. Full refunds are only possible if the goods are returned back to us safely, in an unused condition.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and before the delivery date requested.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
